Chuck Glum, Owner
Chuck is the co-owner of Highmark Exteriors and he knows EVERYONE. His strength is building and maintaining strong personal and working relationships. He is reliable, hard-working and has been in the exteriors business for more than 15 years.
Chuck and his wife Becky enjoy golfing and riding their Harleys in the summer months.
Becca Borowicz, Office Manager
A former substitute teacher, Becca is an expert at corralling details and making sure everything is in order. If meaningful looks don’t produce a desired result, she just reminds everyone that she also has a black belt in karate. In her spare time, Becca enjoys movies, biking, snowboarding and spending time with husband Colton.
Jason Bentson, Production Manager
A house framer and carpenter from a young age, Jason tried working in the criminal justice system but the siren song of home-building called him back—and we’re lucky to have him. Jason’s responsibilities run from scheduling crews to sourcing materials to working on jobsites, and he gains satisfaction from every aspect of the transformation that his projects undergo.
Off the job, he enjoys spending time with wife Beth and their two kids, coaching hockey, and scouting out old advertising wares at country auctions. Email Jason
Joel Victor, Field Manager
Joel Victor, aka “Vic,” is a highly experienced project manager who doesn’t call a job done until both he and his clients are happy.
A proud father of three wonderful kids and an American Stratfordshire Terrier, Vic loves to golf, hunt, fish and cook.
Tim McWilliams, Field Manager
Tim has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He is proud to be a member of the Highmark team and enjoys finishing a project from conception to completion. In his free time, Tim loves being outdoors and hanging out with his wife and two children.
Andy Browne, Field Manager
Andy graduated from Bethel University and has been in the construction field for 6 years. He enjoys the interaction and relationships with clients as well as seeing a concept become a reality. The vision and high standards are what brought Andy to Highmark. In his free time Andy likes to spend time at the lake being outdoors, skiing and wakeboarding. A fun fact about Andy is that he drives a zamboni at the Eden Prarie Community Center.
Russ Blake, Field Manager
Russ brings extensive field experience to Highmark. Over the last 24 years, Russ has worked with all aspects of new residential builds. He enjoys working with others and seeing the progress of a project, and feels proud of the end result. Russ spends his free time with his wife and 2 kids. He loves sports, especially rugby, and likes to play golf when he gets the chance.

Mike Evans, Sales & Estimating
A construction pro for over 15 years, Mike’s favorite parts of the job are working with clients and seeing that they are happy with the finished product. Mike loves the industry and came to Highmark because he appreciates the high standards we set for ourselves. He and wife Naomi have a young son named Paul. In his free time loves doing just about anything out-of-doors.
David Turnberg, Sales & Estimating
As an experienced business professional with a 20-plus year track record, David has an infectious energy level and the proven ability to establish superior customer rapport. He enjoys the rewarding experience of listening to customers’ needs and formulating a solution that exceeds their expectations. When David isn’t helping customers, he’s coaching youth hockey, boating, or snowmobiling with his family. He has a wife named Gail and three children: Griffin, Charlie, and Drew.
Alan Lindner, Sales & Estimating
Alan worked in the field for almost 20 years. He has worked with new construction, remodeling, roofing and siding. The process of working with the homeowner is something Alan enjoys about the job. He was drawn to Highmark on the repuation of the company and people. Alan has 3 adult children, with 6 grandchildren. He loves sports, fishing and playing cards. He plays sanctioned cribbage tournaments all around the United States and is a high ranked master cribbage player under the American Cribbage Congress.
Tony Shallau, Sales & Estimating
Tony graduated from Iowa State University and has been in the construction field ever since. He really likes working with clients and helping them realize their vision. Tony came to Highmark after much research to find the perfect fit for a long term career move. He has been married to his wife Nikki for 22 years. They have 2 daughters, each in college. Tony used to run a successful furniture restoration and antique company and loves going to estate sales and auctions.
Jason Stennes, Sales
Jason brings 25 years of hands on experience to the Highmark team. In that time he has gained many certifications and led large crews of employees to success. He has a degree in Sales and Marketing Management from Dakota County Technical College and Business Management from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. In Jason's free time, he enjoys going to car shows, listening to live music, and checking out the local town festivals. His love of cars has even lead him to restore his 1970 Dodge Challenger that he bought in High School.
John Marshall, Estimating
John Brings nearly 15 years of experience in estimating to Highmark. He enjoys taking projects from the early stages and watching it all come together in the end. John and his wife Brigit have 4 kids together and enjoy taking them to sports and hanging out at the lake. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
Tim Krueger, Service Technician
A seasoned residential and commercial roofing pro, Tim brings over two decades of experience to the Highmark team. He knows his way around every roofing material out there, including GenFlex and Duro-Last flat roofing systems, and can identify the source of a leak with uncanny precision. In his free time, Tim collects Ford Mustangs. He and wife Rose enjoy life with their two dogs, Dobie and Bear.
David Smith, Service Technician
David has 35 years in the industry and his favorite part of the job is being able to do something different every day. He can create and build just about anything and loves making homes look better. "Smitty," as they call him, also enjoys camping, kayaking, boating, biking,
Harley spends his days welcoming visitors and positioning himself for optimum petting and dog treats. In his free time he loves to ride in Chuck's truck, nap, and run around outside. He always has a seasonal dog collar or handkerchief on to express his feminine side.
