Chuck Glum, Owner
Chuck is the co-owner of Highmark Exteriors and he knows EVERYONE. His strength is building and maintaining strong personal and working relationships. He is reliable, hard-working and has been in the exteriors business for more than 20 years.
Chuck and his wife Becky enjoy golfing and riding their Harleys in the summer months.
Becca Borowicz, Human Resources
A former substitute teacher, Becca is an expert at corralling details and making sure everything is in order. If meaningful looks don’t produce a desired result, she just reminds everyone that she also has a black belt in karate. In her spare time, Becca enjoys movies, biking, snowboarding and spending time with her husband Colton, and 2 sons Boden and Breyer.
Claire Coffman, Administrator
Claire brings great experience to the Highmark team, working as the receptionist for a childrends dental office for 15 years. She enjoys meeting new people and welcoming people into the office. Claire is married to husband Gabe and has 2 children and loves to spend time at the lake with them. She has a Gernan Shepard named Clyde and a cat named Cupcake.
Amy Robertson, Administrator
Amy’s been a stay at home more for the past 16 years. New to Minnesota, she’s especially fond of the North Shore. Whenever Amy has free time she is at the gym attending a yoga class or working on her deadlift.
Brianna Olson, Administrator
Brianna's organized mind and go-getter attitude bring great things to Highmark. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Josh as well as their dog Nova. She also likes to work on her car and do home improvement projects.
Melissa Anderson, Administrator
Melissa has a degree in communication with 20 years of customer service experience. She is drawn to Highmark's core values and overall atmosphere of the company. Melissa is excited about the variety of tasks and opportunity to grown and learn. She has a 14 year old son and 6 year old daughter and enjoys boating on Prior Lake, motorcycles, fairs, reading and hanging out with her 2 kids and pets.
Jason Bentson, Production Manager
A house framer and carpenter from a young age, Jason tried working in the criminal justice system but the siren song of home-building called him back—and we’re lucky to have him. Jason’s responsibilities run from scheduling crews to sourcing materials to working on jobsites, and he gains satisfaction from every aspect of the transformation that his projects undergo.
Off the job, he enjoys spending time with wife Beth and their two kids, coaching hockey, and scouting out old advertising wares at country auctions. Email Jason
Joel Victor, Field Manager
Joel Victor, aka “Vic,” is a highly experienced project manager who doesn’t call a job done until both he and his clients are happy.
A proud father of three wonderful kids and an American Stratfordshire Terrier, Vic loves to golf, hunt, fish and cook.
Tim McWilliams, Field Manager
Tim has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. He is proud to be a member of the Highmark team and enjoys finishing a project from conception to completion. In his free time, Tim loves being outdoors and hanging out with his wife and two children.
Boyd Bolitho, Field Manager
Boyd brings a wealth of experience and know-how to his position. He enjoys hands-on projects and being able to see what has been accomplished at the end of the day. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Eric Fashnacht, Field Manager
Eric graduated with a degree in buisiness management from Concordia-St. Paul. He enjoys working as a project manager because of the satisfaction of starting and completing a new job. Eric was drawn to Highmark because of the quality of work. He loves to fish and be up north, golf and also plays baseball for the Minnetonka Millers. Eric also enjoys volunteering at fishing for ducks, a fundraiser by Ducks Unlimited.
Josh Behr, Field Manager
Josh graduated from the University of Northen Iowa. He worked construction during the summer breaks while going to college. Josh and his girlfriend Casey have 2 kids named Skye and Enzo. He likes to spend time with friends and family, workout, golf, watch sports and be outside. Josh was born and raised in Iowa and has 8 siblings.
Andy Browne, Field Manager
Andy graduated from Bethel University and has been in the construction field for 6 years. He enjoys the interaction and relationships with clients as well as seeing a concept become a reality. The vision and high standards are what brought Andy to Highmark. In his free time Andy likes to spend time at the lake being outdoors, skiing and wakeboarding.
Russ Blake, Field Manager
Russ brings extensive field experience to Highmark. Over the last 24 years, Russ has worked with all aspects of new residential builds. He enjoys working with others and seeing the progress of a project, and feels proud of the end result. Russ spends his free time with his wife and 2 kids. He loves sports, especially rugby, and likes to play golf when he gets the chance.
Lee Pflug, Field Manager
Lee brings 15 years of exeprience in the field to Highmark. He enjoys building relationships and making customers happy. Lee was drawn to Highmark because of the postivie attitude and drive of the people in the company. He is married and has a daughter. In his free time he loves to do anything outdoors, especially fishing and hunting - as well training hunting dogs.
Kari Stewart, Project Administrator
Kari has been in the field for over 10 years and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Interior Design. She enjoys the diversity of the job and the family feel at Highmark. Kari is married to husband Greg who is a Police Officer and Fireman. They have have 2 kids Maci Lynn and Marli Grace. She grew up on a Dairy Farm and was a Carver County Dairy Princess from 2007-2009.

Mike Evans, Sales & Estimating
A construction pro for over 15 years, Mike’s favorite parts of the job are working with clients and seeing that they are happy with the finished product. Mike loves the industry and came to Highmark because he appreciates the high standards we set for ourselves. He and wife Naomi have a young son named Paul. In his free time loves doing just about anything out-of-doors.
Dan Christian, Sales & Estimating
Dan has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction. He loves working with people and helping them resolve their issues and provide solutions. Dan loves to spend time with his wife Jan and 4 kids, as well as golfing, traveling and all sports. He is a veteran of the Navy and 3 years as a volunteer firefighter.
Alan Lindner, Sales & Estimating
Alan has worked in the field for almost 20 years. He has worked with new construction, remodeling, roofing and siding. The process of working with the homeowner is something Alan enjoys about the job. He was drawn to Highmark on the repuation of the company and people. Alan has 3 adult children, with 6 grandchildren. He loves sports, fishing and playing cards. He plays sanctioned cribbage tournaments all around the United States and is a high ranked master cribbage player under the American Cribbage Congress.
Spencer Rahlf, Estimating
Spencer brings a degree in Construction Management and a background in framing to the Highmark team. He enjoys the various challenges of construction and being able to look back on successful projects. In addition to hunting, fishing, and being outdoors, he is a huge Game of Thrones fan.
Dexter Silvers, Senior Estimator/Project Management
Dexter graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has been estimating for 5 years and always enjoys seeing the project go from concept to finished product. Dexter likes to watch and play sports in his free time and is a 3 time fantasy football champion. He also loves to travel with his wife and tries to get out to Las Vegas a couple times a year.
Tim Krueger, Service Technician
A seasoned residential and commercial roofing pro, Tim brings over two decades of experience to the Highmark team. He knows his way around every roofing material out there, including GenFlex and Duro-Last flat roofing systems, and can identify the source of a leak with uncanny precision. In his free time, Tim collects Ford Mustangs. He and wife Rose enjoy life with their two dogs, Dobie and Bear.
David Smith, Service Technician
David has over 35 years of experience in the industry and his favorite part of the job is being able to do something different every day. He can create and build just about anything and loves making homes look better. "Smitty," as they call him, also enjoys camping, kayaking, boating, biking, and travelling.
