  • Did Damaging Storms Pummel Your Home?

The severe storms that swept through the south metro on August 6, 2013 weren’t your garden variety thunderstorms.

In fact, they wreaked havoc on gardens, not to mention trees, cars, and homes, dropping golf-ball and larger-size hail from Chanhassen and Edina eastward to Bloomington and Eagan.

  • Extraordinary exteriors

After 26 years on Lake Minnetonka’s Phelps Bay, Steve and Pam Anderson decided their home was more than ready for an exterior remodel.

Not only was the 1980’s Tudor-style façade looking dated and worse for wear, but water damage from leaky windows was starting to threaten the underlayment.

  • Tudor Revival

The Tudor is a classic home style that is enjoying a renaissance, so it’s only fitting that we worked with Renaissance Builders to bring this stunning new 4,000 sf., five-bedroom Hopkins residence to life. Located on Interlachen Rd., the structure was designed by architect Ben Nelson and Renaissance Builders, who wanted the home to fit seamlessly into this older, established neighborhood.

They chose Highmark to create the home’s richly detailed exterior, both for our expertise and the ease of using one contractor for both roofing and siding.
